Commission Options

• 0% - If you are short selling your home, the commission is 6% but the bank generally pays this fee and you are charged zero*
• 1% - List your home with me, and if you find the buyer and handle the contract, I will market the listing for a total fee of 1%. Minimum $2,000
• 3% - If you find the buyer (with no additional agent involved), I will handle the contract, disclosures, and walk-through at closing for a total fee of 3%. Minimum $2,000
• 5% - If another agent brings the buyer, and the selling price is over $300,000 you pay 5%
• 6% - f another agent brings the buyer, and the selling price is under $300,000 you pay 6%
• *0.00% applies if you are short selling your home and the lender(s) approve payment/forgiveness of the costs associated with the sale, which includes up to a 6% listing commission.
